Oh gawd, I've been hearing these for the umpteen times.
What's up with people going clubbing nowadays, is it really that addictive or life has been a killer for all?
Well please laugh your ass out, hopefully all your shit too cause I have chosen a healthier lifestyle than you people.

Sam thanks so much for the 10.30 call outside MOS, 'TGIF' but friday is really not the day. Sorry! Suppose so, maybe I'm too lethargic from work today. Will make up for it.

Anyway, I want to dedicate this entry for 3 special angels who once gave me valuable advices. During a dark period of incongruity and impasse, they were there to guide me with their enthralling aurora. More often, the 'LOL' and 'hahas' brighten up my gloomy days. Bear with me but these people here are worthy of my every respect.

Jules- You are the first person I talk to about that matter, thanks for hearing and being there when I feel like talking to someone. Really appreciate your lovely presence. May god bless you in all your future endeavor! Catch up soon.

Amandaaaa- You brought a new meaning to friendship. You are a very nice person to start with. I got this special liking to share all my problems with you, I must say this is truly 'magical' in times of trouble. Time does not measure the length of our relationship. GOOOOOOD friend. Tell me more about the 'OGL camp' when you come back! Hahas

Rena- I didn't know we can hit off so beautiful till today. A good friend truly worth knowing. Thanks for the short talk today, some of your advices really keep me thinking. You are just like a sister to me, guiding me in the right direction. I see many good days ahead of us.

Of cause there are lotsa benevolent souls whom I did not get the chance to mention here. Be it bro who braved the storm with me, buddy whom I can depend on and close & good friend, your act of injecting happiness and laughter into my life is good enough. Beyond doubt, I am contented.

As per se, life is truly beautiful if you see it from the other side :)

An indescribable feeling came rushing to me.
I realized why cakes, chocolates and ribena captivate me so much.
Maybe because they're so sweet, they just mellow the sad feeling within.

Though my throat hurt like shit, I feel like eating one now badly :(

Yesterday night was grreeaatt, except that I was not feeling well throughout.
BUT it's alright, definitely worth my time and effort. At least I get to learn about some stuff at the end of the day.

Anyway, I've been feasting on lozenges nowsday. Popping one whenever it get irritating. Nic' says that these pills kill the taste buds on our tongue. I wonders if it is true, but I can't taste the chilli yesterday although someone said it was hot.

Saturday

Met up with Tee Yien in the noon at Raffles City.
Had lunch at FJ. My throat was killing me at that point of time, so not much appetite :(
Gave Yannie 4 donuts from 'Donut Factory', after which she went off to celebrate Wani's birthday at Vivo.
Walked all the way to Bugis 'Gaus House' later in the noon to check out Jules&Sam's stall. Apparently they don't sell fleas there, what a bummer!
Anyway that place is freakkin hot, I wondered how those gals survived there.
Lazed around Parco before meeting Mr Lim and Kah Heng for movie at PS.

Although the movie is short (90 mins), it is filled with its' hilarious moment. As of usual, the whole show goes about talking Mr Bean's latest 'misadventure', and how he managed to end his day with a smile on everybody face. I dont mind rewatching it again.

Dined at Swensen later in the evening, as usual Mr Lim's treat.
Glamis and Boon Tat came soon after.
Much hatred to my throat, I forgo ed the chance of ordering my favorite curry baked rice and ate crayfish pasta instead. Didn't ate topless five as well.
Over the dinner, we discussed about NS and this year SMU requirement (not thinking about it again). Very scary!
Being overjoyed, Glamis was happy to break the news that he got into PI. Super lucky chap! Ended the day shortly after the dinner

Sunday

Met up with Tee Yien (again) on Sunday because he was hella of bored staying at home. Being a caring cousin, I gave him my Sunday unconditionally. Hahas!
Anyway, we were supposed to hunt birthday present for someone but we side tracked a little by hitting two runways.

First was the Island Shop fashion walk. Nothing special about this season's wears but some models were sensational. Sizzling hot is the word!
White seems to be this season colour, which also happen to be ahem ehem' favorite colour.
Oh, there were this oversized straw hat which look remarkably retarded. Not much Singaporean will wear that anyway.

Speaking of which (lol!), I bumped into Hsien Yew & his GF twice in a day ! The second time we met was simply hilarious. The situation was like dinner time where we just happened to sit beside each other and of all places, Ajisen.

Next up later in the evening was the Lu Kum Fall/winter runway by Mastercard.
It was more like a Mastercard Exclusive Cardholder event.
Way lucky!
I must say, this time the runway was far more impressive than the earlier one. Showcasing all the glimpse of today' latest fashion, featuring mainly layer clothings and gold blings. Black and white is the norm.
Plus, those female models were real skinny!

I saw Denise Keller!

She looked really glamorous and beautiful in real person, too imitating for me to approach her for a pic. Most of the time she was everywhere socializing around, very busy. Much kowtow to this world leading supermodel.

On a side note, my throat is still uncomfortable! =(

Most probably will be giving it a miss. Other than whosgoing, my dear friend(s) Sam showered me with her 'care and concern' by asking me to distress with her (read- chilling & clubbing). Pretty much to say with all these temptation, I am still firm with my decision. Tired of being a party animal.
No more partying, no more drinking, period.

A concept car with futuristic styling deliberately reminiscent of the original Beetle's rounded shape. It was a cabriolet, which retained the flowing lines of the sedan, yet captured the chic looks of the original Beetle cabriolet. It was equipped with "large diameter" 17 inch wheels (with the VW logo, just like the original Beetle hubcap) with low-profile tires. Also, in the concept car, there was a "zero emission" hybrid design made for it originally (it was said to use 248-V)

I dislike people saying me brag when in actual fact I don't.
Look, this is blogger where I can exercise my freedom of writing, just what's so difficult about penning down some happy stuff that is meant to share with my good friend?
You hardly see any negative entry here isn't it. Even if you managed to dig one, it's not meant for me to gain sympathy or anything near to that. All I can say is that keeping an online journal is one of the good way for me to keep track of my daily life (trying to), and sharing some of my reflection and inner voice.

Anyway, I have a great day yesterday. One of the best ever. Seriously, its feel good to be alive and jumping around.
After watching the channel U charity show, I really feel like spreading my unconditional love and concern to them, helping them more than just donation. This keeps me thinking about lotsa things, you know like the stuff that happened in the past and the feeling of losing a loved one. I am thinking of joining Leo's Club.

Random note, I finally get to watch Stomp The Yard! This is an awesome dance movie, with lot of stepping (mostly), plus some spices of hiphop, locking and popping. For dance lover, do catch it! However, the plot is quite predictable, so don't set ur expectation too high.

Shar was a mean biatch yesterday by irritating the ass out of everybody (including me), note aside we all still luv him. Bitch, biatch, bastard of the world unite!

Vetnom, bebsi, camel, compensate! Err devalop. AHAHA, okay I like laughing at my own mistake and cracking mean jokes. To think of that, KFC seems to be one of our fav restaurant.

Afternoon was spent with the guys doing unproductive shopping in town, except for Shar who just love being a filial boy and bought his dad some nice nice clothes! With Jack, Edmund, Edwin, HuiLeng. It was fun and tired. Ohyah we caught the motorcross tourney as well, those bikes are cute.

Result releasing in few hours time, I have a bad feeling about it. Sigh!

Yesterday was our aunt's birthday celebration held over at Village. It was more like an advance celebration as most of us can't make it on the real date.
So yah, we have fun snapping group pics, and I looked real dreadful in most photos :(
Pimples popping out and unglam shots with foods stuffing in my mouth.
Hahas! I don't mind people calling me a vainpot.

Speaking of which, there aren't many people in attendance as compared to last year. However, we certainly got spent some quality time together, taking pleasure in each other company.
Played a few games of pool over at cine before calling it a day with aunt driving us home.

Its feel great to have people appreciating ur effort and this really touches me.

Revamp

I once mentioned in my previous entry that I used to think a lot during my IPP, and I do think constructively in which I believe is difference from daydream.

Come straight to the point, my bro finally has the intent of moving out of the room. For the benefit of those who don't know, we shared the same room but not the same bed. On another word, he sleep in my room but he has his own room.
This means two beds.
Okay the point is he decides to move out (to the room beside) and sleep there every single day onwards. Cheers`

I can't believe the day when I get to call my room my own (if you catches no ball, please read the above paragraph again). Close fren or relative who have 'chance upon' my room before know that it is a very simple and neat, 4 sided room.
No unwash clothes laying around, no crumb or tibits on the floor, most importantly no leezard's shit (all lizard can just fcuk off). Yeah, is that neat.

So I was toying around the idea of how I going revamp my room.

Contemporary/modern design features sleek, unadorned cabinets, plain panel doors and hardware that's hidden or unobtrusive. It seems possible.

High-tech design areas feature stainless steel, metal tubing, chrome and black accents. Only white colour funiture or metallic materials. This seems possible if I got the budget. Sighh

Lamp
Sound system
Shelving unit for books

If I get a lit' bit richer..

After much consideration, I decided to contemplate my idea among these designs.

Small and cosy, with very conducive sleeping environment.
Idea for less spacious room.

I like the wooden touch, something simple and quiet.
It gave me a very peaceful assurance.

Of all the design I saw, this create the best impression for me.
I like the glossy lighting with its simple layout. Very ideal and practical.

I am ready for IKEA & Courts, anytime.

On a random note, I'm glad to know that R' get into the same course as me. If you are reading this, hope you have a good time adapting to SBM culture and all the shits that come with it =)

Its great to have zouk for a change. Except for the saturday crowd and oh-so-classic music (they are still playing pump it and tokyo drift), there were nothing short of a good night out and loud partying.

I got ain't no tripping yo.

On the other hand, I'm getting tired of all those music. Didn't really enjoy myself because half of the time, my mind belongs to mcflurry and the qualms.

In addition, SMU open house was kinda cool with their insanely huge underground concourse. And I hate Bryan for dunking over me :(

I can't stop myself from smiling whenever I refresh those funny moments with nolink.com/karwei, MuQ and Zainal. Inside joke, but hell it is still funny when I think of it.
On a random note, I can't wait for OGL camp to arrive where I get to see all those guys again! Of cause not forgetting the slumbermate, the 'woo' & 'ahh' xiangyao, Jacko, mummy, those yr2 OGL-to-be and lots more. Three more weeks perhaps, but not sure though.

Speaking of yesterday, the E3 clique had great fun celebrating Joseph's 19th birthday (Dude, you are reaching adulthood and lotsa of luck for ur PT!). Those cake smearing and cherry plucking moment were classic, complimentary with FishnCo usual tradition of celebrating (standing on a chair with holding firespark). It was a long story but it was hilarious with those camera shots, maybe I will top it off with a vlog in the next entry.

To that very special friend of mine, I enjoyed the bus ride with you filled with endless laughter and your ramly burger. We alway seems to have endless topics and time flies very fast with you around.

Most people specifically those doing IPP and the masses would have agree with me that friday is one of the fav day in the week. For me, it is just going to be another busy weekend packed with evening funfair, morning big ball game at khatib followed by barber, smu open house, zouk, family day and maybe church service.

I'm contented with my life right now, enjoying every single bit. Happy :)

LTC 07 camp was a blast I guess. Everyone were hype up and energized even after the debrief and stuff, it worked out pretty much expected as we want it.
There isn't really much to say about the camp, except for the night market which I believed was the main highlight of the camp throughout. I can really sense most of the yr2 enjoyed the process and team bonding was there.
So much for the 3am 'surprise' and running suicide for ahem 'Brandon'.

I have to admit it but work is so freakkish bored that it kept me thinking lot of stuff.
It may seems contradicting, but yes I still have heavy workload despite all the msn chatting and friendster.

I get to think about my life, the philosophy I am leading right now, my family.

I think about the work and the shits that come with it, why I am here doing all these tasks that seem irrelevant to me, and my result which is due very soon.

I think about my friend, who came into my life and walk with me a thousand miles. Some move on so quickly by and gone beyond my reach, some stay on of whom I truly valued them as my soulmate.

I think about her, the reason why she appear in my life, and how I'm going to make her stay. The more I fell for her, the harder it is for me to get up.
For one day I know, loving her may be just as sweet as kissing a rose. Or more likely, the thorn in the rose.

I think about the past, the present and the future, yes I do think.

What am I going to be 5 years down the road? 10 years? Or possibly 20 years?

Life is too short for us to suffer, or cry in silence.
The more I dwell into finding the seemly answers, the more questions I get in return.
